About Me: A Snippet of who I am…

Being that I was raised by far less than well to do folks, I was led into the different trades, jobs in construction. I soon became involved in site selection for new projects, excavation and septic work, all the various trades through roof shingles and the final touches of interior finishes. These activities were my occupation for much of my youth and younger years. My first complete home build was in 1999 and is what led me into real estate sales well over 20 years ago now.

So, real estate flows deep through me. I have many answers and the experience and know how to get the answers that I don’t have. Yes, every new day is an opportunity to face new problems and mine for the solutions to them. No two transactions are identical.

Who I work with…

I’ve never been much for fantasyland…I prefer to face reality head on. My clients tend to be the same way. We do what we say, we like to learn new things, improve our ways, share knowledge, experiences and compliments. We are always striving to improve and succeed at higher levels.

Systems, Service & Integrity…

As most business owners start out, they run into real challenges. I was no different. First you don’t know what you don’t know. Then, soon you know what you don’t know and your professional journey begins. There comes a time in most professional’s life when a mentor appears on the scene to share, coach, teach and instill many of the things that need to be known to succeed in your chosen career. I was fortunate that a mentor showed up for me when I was ready to submit to the process. He taught me business systems, processes, methods, disciplines and generally the way to succeed at fulfilling the needs of buyers and sellers.

As one thing leads to another, I was asked to serve as a principal broker with one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in Tennessee. For more than five years, I had the pleasure, pain and fulfilling experience of growing a branch office to more than 130 affiliate brokers and providing these affiliates with the support they needed to be successful in their practices. Much of my job as principal broker was to mitigate risk, comply with Tennessee Real Estate Commission rules, and help facilitate solutions for transactions that did not go as planned; which means I got to deal with the least pleasurable situations that my agents found themselves involved. With thousands of transaction files closed over the past several years , I must say, that is an education achievable no other way. In short- I am a trained Listener, Encourager, Problem Solver.

How Can I Help…

Whether you are buying or selling real property, you want a transfer of ownership that is done professionally, safely, securely and in a most efficient way. You want a thoroughly experienced guide to walk with you through the process. As a buyer or seller, you want negotiating power that can only come at arms-length. You want to uncover advantages that come up during inspections, repair request, lender concerns and other unforeseen hurdles that present themselves. You want decades of experience to work with you and for you.

Reserve a Time Now…

About Me: I live and breathe recruiting technical talents. There's nothing more pleasing than to see a candidate's "ENTHUSIASTIC YES" to a job offer and an "EQUALLY HAPPY" hiring manager!

I am a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology industry.

With my vast professional network and technical recruitment experience of 15+ years, I bring a passion for what I do at work. I truly love talking to people and understanding their career choices to help them find the best next move.

My goal is to find my company top talent and to find the job seekers the next big opportunity in their career. That's the reason I see recruiting as "MATCHMAKING". Mapping the RIGHT person to the RIGHT job!

I have expertise in building boolean search strings on the web for sourcing business-critical candidates. My candid cold calling strategies help in converting passive candidates into active ones.

When I am not at work, you'll find me practicing yoga and walking in nature.

If you’re looking for your next new role in the tech space, then let’s connect here at LinkedIn.

“In recruiting, there are no good or bad experiences – just learning experiences!!”
